Adults 60+ Groups

“I've been depressed and doubting and questioning myself for years.  I've stopped thanks to seeing you. It sounds corny but I feel like a new person.” ~ Rex D.

Ongoing Group Therapy

These ongoing process groups are composed of men and women 60+ who have a desire to learn more about themselves through group interaction.

The groups are guided by the philosophy that relationships challenge us to grow and to explore aspects of ourselves that become clear only through our very human need for connection with others.

In this group of peers, members have the opportunity to explore and experience deeper connections with themselves and group members, and by extension, to their society at large.

There is a group that meets on Tuesdays from 5:30-7pm and a group that meets on Thursdays from 5:30-7.

The groups are limited to five members.  The cost is $40 per member weekly.

We meet at 2975 Valmont Road, Suite 300, Boulder, CO.

“When I was in a career quandary, I reached out to Gloria and I'm so glad I did.  She very quickly helped me align my goals and my skills, helped me set my sights realistically and cleared up much uncertainty.  I'm now a true believer in career and life coaching.”
